Paul started gymnastics at the age of 11. He was a member of the Great Britain Squad and competed internationally as a junior.
Paul officiated for England in 2002 Commonwealth Games.
Paul judged for Wales in the 2010 and 2014 Commonwealth Games.
Paul has produced 3 senior gymnasts who have competed at the Commonwealth Games, 3 Juniors at the Junior Commonwealth Games and 1 gymnast who has competed at the world student games.
Paul judges for Great Britain and Wales on the International Circuit.

Tomo started gymnastics when he was 10.
Fell in love with the sport and has come on
leaps and bounds since being a member of
Olympus. He loves Olympus so much, he is
now on a pathway to getting his coaching
qualifications with us- whilst still keeping up with his training.

Ahmed was a gymnast himself, he started at the age of 4. He trained in Iraq for over 20 years and his speciality was P-bars. He started coaching at the age of 23.
